Youssef leads investment strategy, financial analysis, capital allocation and operational performance for HQ Properties. He brings more than 25 years of global operations and financial leadership experience spanning P&L management, financial planning and analysis, business transformation, operational improvement and investment evaluation. His role includes evaluating acquisition opportunities, assessing capital investments, improving operating performance and developing strategies to maximize long-term asset value.

Tamanna oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contractual matters and risk management for HQ Properties. A Tennessee-licensed attorney, her responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, service contracts, financing documents and leases; maintaining corporate governance and compliance requirements; conducting acquisition and real estate due diligence; and advising on liability, contractual and risk considerations.
